INTEGRATED HEALTH COACHING
Our Team
Meet Tom
As a certified personal trainer and integrative health coach, I've spent years supporting clients through the full spectrum of healing and health optimisation: from performance goals and injury recovery to the more complex, layered presentations that have become so common including: persistent fatigue, chronic illness and pain, gut dysfunction, and hormonal dysregulation, among many others.
Through this time, I've come to deeply respect the body as a complex, resourceful, and highly relational system where nothing operates in isolation or without reason. That understanding, is what I bring to every session. The work is about rebuilding foundations so we can restore the intelligence in your body that allows you to thrive.
I come to this work through my own experience of disembodiment.

Growing up, I was caught in a familiar loop: overweight, over-eating to self-soothe, undernourished, and uncomfortable in my own skin. Underneath that was something I couldn't name at the time, a deep sense of not measuring up, of falling short of what I thought it meant to be a man. I dealt with it the way a lot of people do: by disconnecting. First through distraction, later through partying, substances, and keeping myself at a safe distance from anything that required real vulnerability or presence.
When I eventually started training in my late teens, I assumed getting fit would mean getting well. Instead I ran straight into injuries and chronic inflammation, the inevitable result of training through pain and ignoring what my body was trying to tell me. As I started to address my own chronic injuries, I began approaching my body differently, not as something to be forced or rushed, but as something to be listened to.
The principle is simple enough that it's easy to miss: your body is not working against you.
It is always doing its best with what it has, always trying to return you to health.
When I started asking what my body was ready for, and actually listening to the answer, everything shifted. My injuries resolved, my understanding of training changed completely, and when I brought that same quality of attention to my clients, I found I could support people through presentations that specialists had been unable to help them with.
Alongside my own healing journey, I began seeking support and mentorship from practitioners at the top of their field, people doing real work with real clients. Their guidance opened up a whole new world and helped me sift through the noise that floods both the wellness industry and the conventional health model.
Combined with advanced practitioner training and the personal work of supporting my own nervous system through lifestyle change and inner work, what I found on the other side was grounded, sustained strength, mental clarity, and a genuine capacity to meet the world with compassion and openness.
Meet Olivia
As a health coach and psychotherapist-in-training, I am deeply moved to support others live more fulfilling and personally meaningful lives, free from chronic illness.
I work with people who have often spent years being told their conditions are something they must accept, manage, or worse, that they aren't even real. By integrating somatic awareness, attunement, ancestral nutrition, systems thinking, lifestyle design, and inner inquiry, Tom and I listen and take seriously what the body is communicating through illness, symptoms, and tension. We support people to develop a more intimate relationship with their own experience, intuition, life force, and their own capacity to heal.
Perhaps unconventionally for this space, I weave vastly different worlds together as a way of seeing the body more clearly. Much of my earlier work was in the medical anthropology and climate space, as a researcher, young leader, producer, and facilitator.
Through my work, I became acutely aware of the entangled relationship connecting our outer and inner environments: how environmental degredation, collective stress, unintegrated trauma and a lack of meaning impact the psychobiological basis of our experience.
I hold a Bachelor of Anthropology, a Master in Development Studies, have facilitated intuitive movement classes and am undertaking ongoing training in counselling, coaching, and psychotherapy. I include the metacrisis that we're living through as part of the unfolding context of both our personal and collective wellbeing.
Health, as I understand it, is never just a private physiological problem to solve, but a doorway through which we can become more connected with the world and more of who we most essentially are.

My path into this work was largely forged through my own experience of inflammation and chronic illness.
Like many of us, I was a highly sensitive child and from a young age developed a range of psychosomatic illnesses that made it difficult to feel at home in myself or in the world.
For years I lived with conditions the biomedical system told me to accept as my new normal (or treat with antibiotics, which I did over 20 times): insomnia, night terrors, chronic UTIs and pain, acne and rosacea, extreme food sensitivities, IBS, fatigue, hot flushes, dental issues, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and constant immune dysfunction.
By grace of my unusual upbringing and the support of my parents, I had a strong intuition to be wary of systems built on the belief that the body could be broken and couldn't heal.
Each new symptom led me deeper on my path, especially my 'fire-skin' (which, during flare ups, was worse than these pictures capture). I began mapping everything I was experiencing, every pattern, feeling, and internal signal, and finally started seeing the intricate landscape that was giving rise to my flare ups. I can say now with great joy I have moved through all of the conditions that used to greatly limit my life and live with increasing freedom in my own body.
The immense respect and trust I hold for both the wisdom of healing and the mysterious intelligence of illness sits at the centre of my work with others.
